ATC Radio Delete Your Data

ATC Radio has no account to close, there is no email address, password or profile. Almost everything the App keeps is already on your own device.
Delete everything on your device
Uninstalling the App permanently removes everything it stored locally:
- Recordings, they never left your device in the first place
- Favorites, recently played and insight history
- Your anonymous ID and all app settings
To remove single items without uninstalling: delete a recording in Library, or remove a favorite with the star icon.
Ask us to delete the rest
A small amount of data sits on our servers, tied only to your anonymous ID. To have it deleted:
- Open the App and go to Settings → About → Customer ID. Tap it to copy the value.
- Email info@kovanapps.com with the subject “Delete my data” and paste that ID.
- We delete the records tied to it and confirm by reply, within 30 days.
If you have already uninstalled the App and no longer have the ID, tell us the approximate dates you used it and the store account’s country; we will do our best to locate and remove matching records.
